Centrum Housing to acquire Natrust’s housing finance business for Rs112 crore

According to a regulatory filing to stock exchanges, Centrum Housing would purchase the housing finance business, includeing the loan portfolio, branches, and personnel.

National Trust Housing Finance’s(Natrust)housing finance business will be purchased by Centrum Housing Finance for Rs112 crore. On Saturday, a legally binding business transfer agreement was signed by both companies.

According to a regulatory filing to stock exchanges, Centrum Housing would purchase the housing finance business, including the loan portfolio, branches, and personeel. More than Rs300 crore was in Natrust’s loan book.

At the end of september,Centrum had a loan portfolio worth approximately Rs700 crore.

Affordably priced housing loan company Natrust is situated in Chennai and has offices in 17 cities throughout four South Indian states. Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgadh, Telangana, Karnataka, Rajasthan, Utter pradesh, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan and delhi are nine states where Centrum Housing is present.
